Trigger Death/Success #10

I think it would be very useful to give trigger kills inputs, so when they receive them it kills the player. This would be good with destroying an activator cube, or doing something else stupid in a test.

Would it also be possible to make it complete the level by fading out if it either has a tick box or a B input? This would be really useful =).

Again, two suggestions in one. Please avoid making these later on. Thank you.

We actually considered giving Trigger Kill an input system and looking back at it now, that's a good idea. It would also help me to learn how I/O connections work in BEE2.

For the second question, I still don't understand what's a B input :P Is it that active/polarity system of the Tractor Beam? Anyways, that would be a cool item for fizzler_type, the Trigger Win :)

By B input I meant how the death fizzler and the SR latch accept A and B inputs to trigger different things. Sry about the multiple ideas in one issue, they were kinda related so I put them together. Next time I will do them in different issues :-)

Ah, I see. I still haven't checked how the connection system in BEE works, as I have to collect loads of files and then study them to see their differences. Most stuff is in the wiki, but still.

No problem at all. If you have more ideas for items that don't fit in this package (This is only for Radelite's Items. We're already making exceptions with different types of items :) ), please drop a suggestion in BEE2-Packages.

Updated in #12 .

Trigger Kill is now Instant Kill. It no longer has the trigger part, so you can connect a trigger or another type of item. If it receives an input, it automatically kills the player no matter where he's at.

There's also an Instant Win, selected with a checkbox property. It works like the Instant Kill except it fades out and takes the player to the voting screen, aka the ending screen. Useful if you want some sort of cinematic ending.

I'm also making new icons for these items, to mimic the original style of the original item.
