Replaced fslmerge with nib.funcs.concat_images for accurate merging of 3d->4d

Replaced fslmerge with nib.funcs.concat_images for accurate merging of 3d->4d #2

The merge functionality of fslmerge seemed to merge the 3d nifti images inaccurately.
Now imageIO.merge3d uses nibabel library to accurately merge the 3d nifti images to 4d nifti image.
