FALCON is a Python-based software application designed to facilitate PET motion correction, both for head and total-body scans. Our program is built around the fast 'greedy' registration toolkit, which serves as the registration engine. With FALCON, users can enjoy a streamlined experience for implementing motion correction.
1) Segmentations verified and checked for healthy subjects. Segmentation was done by Anna; she took the last sequence with the inferred label map and paste it into the earlier sequences. Changes in movements are mainly visible / seen in the bladder, sometimes the liver and the brain.
2) Segmentations checked for cancer subjects. Same procedure as for the healthy subjects. Changes mainly visible in bladder.
