Added the new big patch ribs model

Changes Made:

• Made the necessary changes to resources and constants to add a new model
• Updated version number
• Created a new characteristic for the models named configuration
• Changed the prediction from hard coded 3d_fullres configuration to the configuration present in the models dictionary Related Issues:
