Added prediction from array

Description:

Changed prediction via nnunet from subprocess call to predicting from array

Changes Made:

• Models are now initialised only once per group of patients;
• Several interim read/write operations were excluded
• Adapted preprocessing and postprocessing functions to work from array and not from files

Testing Done:

Tested all models.
