Bug: Spinal-cord misclassified as skeletal muscle

Inside the vertebra, the spinal canal including the spinal cord is misclassified as skeletal muscle. Fixing strategy:

• [ ] Take vertebra segmentation, fuse it, fill up the hole and use it as mask
• [ ] Wrongly classified spinal cord inside vertebra can be subtracted from the mask and labelled as spinal cord
• [ ] @LalithShiyam to retrain model

Also the sacral foramina often get classified as visceral fat or skeletal fat. I guess this will be fixed as soon as you use the dedicated spine segmentation

Yes, I will take care of this. I suggest this being part of hypersegmentation, so in the end we have spinal cord as newly added segment.

I would suggest to clean up the spine and retrain it, not everyone wants a hypersegmentation. Let’s maintain accuracy in all levels. 🙌🏽👍🏼
