Added a PET FDG brain region segmentation model

Changes Made:

Added the brain model information in the resources module and the constants module

Tested on two brain PET in dicom format

Additional Notes:

There is a bug where when converting from dicom to nifti the niftis are renamed to PET[file name].nii instead of PT[file name].nii
