Feature Request: Calculation of Individual Tracer Contributions within Segmented Tumors

Objective: Develop a feature to calculate and report the contribution of each individual tracer (R, G, B channels) to the total tracer uptake within segmented tumor regions of multiplexed PET images.

Description:

• Following tumor segmentation, analyze the intensity values within each tumor region to calculate the percentage contribution of each tracer.
• Provide quantitative data and optional visual representations to illustrate the relative contributions of each tracer within tumors.
• Ensure this analysis is seamlessly integrated into the pipeline, following tumor segmentation.

Rationale: Understanding the contribution of each tracer to the total uptake within tumors can offer insights into tumor behavior and response to treatment, enhancing PUMA's utility for researchers and clinicians.
