This cleans up the Visual Studio solution, eliminating all warnings and errors and reducing the number of build configs to 3 basic ones: Debug, Playtest and Release. Aims to fix issue #70
Debug generates debugging symbols and has no optimisation and uses the debug particle library
Debug and Playtest both have dynamic balance enabled (though this doesn't work yet). If we can get it to work, it allows the server to modify all variables on-the-fly such as how much damage a weapon does, through to the cost of evolutions and structures. Useful for testing balance changes.
Playtest has minor optimisations applied as well
Release does not have balance enabled (all variables are hard-coded), has maximum optimisations applied and all logging disabled
All 3 builds compile on modern machines with no warnings or errors.
