Plug and play setup and settings

Test that launcher, and game is plug & play. Settings should be reasonable. When a new player tries to play the game it should just work without tweaking, the defaults should be closed to even what competitive players would use.

[ ] Most cvars should be decent on average modern computers.
[ ] non-cvar setting should be good as well
[ ] Can we enforce any of the standard command line params by default ?
[ ] All useful bindings (eg. need med, alien upgrades) should be bound by default.
[ ] The marine / alien configs should ship with commented out useful settings.
[ ] sv_jumpmode etc. new cvars should be in server.cfg and possibly in start the server screen.

These were mostly addressed in v3.2.2. Do you have any specific issues with it?

I think the defaults are pretty good.

I don't think we should ship with competitive-only settings like music off.
