Calibrate #16

Add dynamic calibration. Change default for calibration_mag_use_extended to false. Change name of scripts/node.py to nodes/imu_node.py

added imu_yaw_calibration to cal file. Unable to get display to terminate when it should - it has to wait for kill to get escalated to SIGTERM
