MR 2:

Only merge after branch (3-example_workflow). Both MRs together give first working version of QA workflow on the hub.

Branch 3-example_workflow has first version of QA workflow repo that failed when running on the hub.

This branch has updates to run the workflow successfully on the hub.

Note:

The workflow uses docker.io/sm41/qa-workflow-test8:latest image as python interpreter in PyCharm.
Tom Jellicoe's updates include changes to run workflow locally - if I can get a version of cwltool working - then this will be useful to look back on.
