The Admin UI is intended to enable users to register and edit resources (e.g. coverages, STAC collections and items, etc.) in the platform.
If the platform includes the Resource Discovery BB as well as the Data Access BB (as is intended for Terrabyte), that might in some cases require that resources get updated in several services (e.g. pycsw and eoAPI).
Thereby, the Admin UI is a service connected to several building blocks. Should it be a separate building block then?
