Update is needed according to schema https://gitlab.eox.at/vs/harvester/-/blob/release-3.1.0/src/harvester/config-schema.json?ref_type=tags

for the current 4.1.3 EOX Helm chart

The same content also requires update on the deployment guide on Creodias

Thanks for the PR. In the end I updated the doc for the data-access harvester by aligning with the current deployment script, which has just been tested to work.
