Remaining Question for PR Review:

[ ] auto scaling is disabled by default and when enabled we prefer to use an nginx-specific metric that prometheus scrapes for requestRate. I don't see prometheus installed. Can I add that?
[ ] I don't see any node auto scaling, should i add that?
[ ] uncertain how the instance and backup volumes with PGO will work with NFS so we'll find out

@rconway: not sure what the protocol is for this repo (like if I need a review).

I'm ready to merge this and see if ArgoCD can deploy it. The only potential issue I see is if PGO works well with an NFS (since there are no other PVs options)

@ranchodeluxe Happy for you merge directly

Yeah, the NFS logic isn't working on another system so I don't have confidence to merge this and try it out yet. Will do that as soon as I solve it over there
