After clarification of requirements and use cases is performed, prepare a tentative plan for implementation of the Resource Health BB design that would satisfy to the latest set of requirements and use cases.

Tentative design implementation plan for Q3 has been presented as part of demo presentation (during Demo Event on 2024-10-08) and the Q3 development priorities (during Technical Progress Review meeting on 2024-10-15).

We still require a final internal of the plan for Q3 development activities and the ticket will be considered done when it is achieved.
