Harvester will be based on Flowable as replacement for Camunda.

The following Kubernetes Resourcen need to be deployed: Workflow Engine deployment based on Flowable REST Workflow Engine Database deployment based on PostgreSQL Service for the Workflow Engine Service for the Workflow Engine Database Workflow Engine ingress controller to expose Flowable's REST API at https://registration-harvester-api.develop.eoepca.org
