Description

Develop a FastAPI app which implements all Landsat workflow tasks defined in #32

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The Harvester contains a FastAPI app for the worker
[ ] All Landsat workflow tasks are implemented
[ ] Docker image is created and pushed to DockerHub automatically by CI
[ ] Worker is deployed at develop-cluster

Verification and validation of workflow and worker is handled in #60
