Wood lathe needs to be assembled, PAT tested and safety procedures put in place

Wood lathe has been assembled, visually PAT tested and all the components verified as fitted. As there is no teaching capacity, all users need to pass an interview to show that they know how to use the tool.

We could do with an easier to push stop button mounted over the existing button.
