Add CTD plots

The app should contain a new tab, with plots displaying ONLY the CTD data. There may be issues in the CTD data stream which would be easier to identify if isolated. There is also the possibility when visualizing the CTD and ROI data combined that there will not be enough ROIs to get ideal resolution in CTD data. When CTD data and ROI data are combined (in the current plotting scheme), CTD data is only displayed when there are associated ROIs.

The new CTD plotting tab will include the following:

• [x] A flattened profile plot with Temperature, salinity, fluorescence and density
• [x] A TS plot
• [x] A contour plot showing the VPR path over temperature
• [x] A contour plot showing the VPR path over salinity
• [x] A plot showing VPR path over time where up and down casts are defined visually so users can visualize the binning/ cast distinction process

I have added the CTD plots, I think I will add the last plot on the original 'to do' to the VPR plot tab as that data is more relevant to the binned VPR and CTD data combination.
