R cannot find vpr_manual_classification() #23

Closed kevinsorochan closed 3 years ago

kevinsorochan commented 3 years ago

When trying to run the function I get the following error:

Error in vpr_manual_classification(day = day, hour = hr, basepath = auto_id_folder, : could not find function "vpr_manual_classification"

Yet, the function does appear in the 'help'

?vpr_manual_classification

Hi Kevin! Can you copy your output from ‘sessionInfo()’

I will try to help debug this.

Thanks, Kevin! Looks like you caught an important issue, the function was not properly exported to the namespace. It should be fixed now if you pull the latest version from github.

Looks like this function did not pass checks… will have to go back and see what happened but hopefully you can still use it in the short term
