Add optical setting to saved data #3

@kevinsorochan had suggested that the optical setting be preserved along with the final, processed VPR data frame.

Optical setting column should be added to final data frame and properly explained in documentation / vignettes

Or should we consider a separate associated metadata file?

Could we maybe incorporate it into the station_names_csv that we are already using? that way each station could be directly associated with an optical setting... this could also allow for additional settings to be added in the future using the same method

This has led into a larger discussion on metadata, continued in issue #9
