(1) Argument descriptions for "day", "hour", "basepath", should be the same throughout vprr function documentation
(2) I suggest changing the name of the argument "taxa_of_interest" to "category_of_interest"
(3) There should be an explanation for why the optical setting is specified using the argument "opticalSetting"
(4) Should issues be created for the Development heading in the function documentation? Perhaps most importantly, the optical setting frame sizes will not be same among different VPR instruments
