Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. An improvement is needed, such that ctd_df_cols() does not hard code the column names for the CTD .dat file produced by the VPR

Describe the solution you'd like There should be an argument in vpr_ctd_read() that allows the user to specify the column names
