KS function update - vpr_autoid_create

Comparative analysis of vpr_autoid_create and vpr_autoid_create_ks2 (provided locally by @kevinsorochan ) shows following major difference:

• adds some data/file checks eg. 'NUMBER OF MISCLASSIFIED FILES MUST == NUMBER OF CATEGORIES IN BASEPATH' & check for multiple day/hours in single file
• updates category name finding function to ensure category names are properly pulled in cases where name overlap exists
• removes some(?) meas file capabilities

Suggestions for integration into vprr::vpr_autoid_create()

• [x] update category name pulling function (use ^$ regular expression to catch only exact matches)

• [x] check meas capabilities and relevance to new workflow (without VP meas files)

• [x] include KS checks for data files

These updates will ensure up to date processing and simplify solutions coded to prevent errors.

This function was updated to reflect all KS changes (and some bug fixes) in commit ec8b32b

Still to be tidied up but passing all data tests. After tidying will be run through package checks/tests.
