KS function update - vpr_manual_classification

Comparative analysis of vpr_manual_classification and vpr_manual_classification_scr (provided locally by @kevinsorochan ) shows following major difference:

• reads in CNN output
• checks that autoid and cnn files are properly matched
• matches rois and CNN probability
• prints CNN probability on images

Suggestions for integration into vprr::vpr_manual_classification()
