Closing of [Non-Logged-In User] Searches

• Finished work on "Giving focus to the search box should select all of the text there."
• Added little tweak to URL query param check (can now check for specific parameter and value).
• Added "When I give focus" in web_steps

(Almost the same as last pull request although new branch for push to master without headache. Merged with jonathan_dev)

TODO (nothing too major I hope) :

• Test ie -> (EDIT) Wine will not work for installing 64bit IE and I am not sure how I would even proceed after that... I do have a desktop with windows at home and school but setting up might take a little while... perhaps Tyler can have a quick look? :)
• Test simple text selection -> Ill take care of this one
• Look into consistence and style of selectors (for example, "the search field" should go to "#q" and not "q") -> Dmitry has agreed to take a look into sorting this out

Jonathan, I will go through the changes over the weekend and will add a comment here when I am done

Jonathan, I left a few more notes, except that I think the code is good to go. If you want to integrate it -- you will experience problems, because current master will create conflicts. I can integrate it for, you or pair program on that.
