Some minor corrections to the ContentManager cropping algorithm: in particular, sanitise input to shell commands to avoid malicious use, and also to allow the code to work under windows. Also tidy up comments and variable names, and reduce CPU burden when harvesting new images by making imagemagick use smaller source images when creating standard-sized reduced thumbnails
