Resources to be deleted #335

Here we start to accumulate a list of resources that need to be deleted. Not ready for action yet.

http://eol.org/resources/1003 - This was the initial MammalDiet resource. I used the "delete everything" button to remove it, and the resource page is now gone, but some associated data records still hang around, e.g.: http://eol.org/pages/328056/data#data_point_44893424

Ahhh, indeed, ( @KatjaSchulz ) the delete-everything code was written before the "new traitbank," so it doesn't remove those.

Not too hard to add, there's a "delete everything from this resource" command already out there, so just a matter of adding it to the routine. [tap tap tap] ...Added, but not deployed...
