IUCN data is ... wrong. #349

The publishing step had some trouble (it died by timeout when trying to delete the taxon-mapping graph). Manually running it through the port seems to have produced weird results, as typified by the polar bear page, which has IUCN data points that condradict one another.

While I'm inclined to simply re-port the traits (and nothing else), I'm afraid the "Old" TB data could also be wrong, so we're going to have to poke at that with a stick ...which is not an easy thing to do, so I'm making this ticket to come back to it.
