I translated README file to Turkish.
I'm planning to translate the comment lines in the files into Turkish.

Alright! Thanks for the contribution. For obvious reasons I cannot merge into the master branch, but I've just created a branch called "turkish-language" for you. Just do your PR again to that specific branch. Once we have it all set up I'll write something on the README.md of master about the available translation.
