We need to use templates in order to avoid duplication of code and make the site easier to maintain. Let's discuss here what static site generator we want to use.

I have used hexo, harpjs and hugo. Hexo is nice for blogs, Harp uses Jade ( which is not that common ) and I felt it kinda clunky.
There are some interesting options like Gatsby combined with Netlify CMS https://www.staticgen.com/gatsby https://www.netlifycms.org/

I like Netlify CMS, it works nicely with the plain html site we already have under development at https://github.com/EOS-Jungle-Testnet/jungletestnet.io/tree/new-site
