change hyperion checks from info to warn #59

After hyperion v3 is released (and allow a bit of time), change hyperion checks from info to warning. These checks are flagged in the code with 'xxx' next to them.

Also change the dispatcher for the checks to check the error response.

Hyperion v3 is released. Let's wait a week or so until changing this.
