Summary

🟢 In progress action items are on track:

• The September 21 Leap upgrade was a success! Some top-tier exchanges had to pause deposits and withdrawals following the upgrade, but based on analysis from members of the working group on the call and EOS Support, deposits and withdrawals have resumed on all top-tier exchanges we've tested.

• ENF has released the following patch releases this week:
  • Leap: https://github.com/AntelopeIO/leap/releases/tag/v3.1.1
  • CDT: https://github.com/AntelopeIO/cdt/releases/tag/v3.0.1
  • EOS System Contracts: https://github.com/eosnetworkfoundation/eos-system-contracts/releases/tag/v3.1.1
• Software development progress:
  • Work in progress on 3.2.0 RC1 and leap-util
  • We should have a target release date to report by next week's call.
• ENF is working towards a possible March/April timeline for next consensus upgrade to Leap 4.0
• EOS Support is preparing to send out a survey seeking feedback on the usage of blocks.log files to help guide development for future software versions.

• Ross provided an update from the ground at Token 2049. The conference is huge and EOS is getting people's attention.
