There is an active faucet: https://testnet-tools.eosargentina.io/kylin, account currently has 840k EOS tokens.

This faucet does not currently allow smart contract development because you can only get 10 tokens.

So either need to:

1. Re-enable legacy faucet which allows for more tokens to purchase RAM
2. Increase token amount for Kylin faucet, will require sending more tokens to https://kylin.bloks.io/account/eosargentina

It is nice that they offer this. 10 tokens at a time makes it difficult to afford the RAM to set a contract.

Is it possible to have Kylin activate the PowerUp model? Currently it is disabled. This would bring Kylin more inline with the EOS Mainnet. @chillsauce @DenisCarriere
