- The target date for consensus feature activation was changed from September 23 to September 21 to avoid activating on a Friday.

- RC3 release was a no-go for this week. Targeting release next week.
- It's possible RC4 will be required before we go to final
- Next release (RC4 or Final) would likely follow on August 3 or August 10

- dfuse stopped working upon activation, but a fix is underway. dfuse will be needed for UX's IBC solution
- Need to look into activating BLOCKCHAIN_PARAMETERS consensus feature, which has not yet been activated

- EOS Nation and EOS USA are working on getting Kylin prepared for testing
