The Antelope Leap upgrade working group has begun meeting daily every Monday-Friday at 13:00 UTC to check in on progress towards the September 21 consensus upgrade.
From the list of top-tier (high volume) exchanges identified that EOS Support and Nation have been engaging with directly, the majority have acknowledged the upgrade and indicated they'll be ready.
The two top-tier exchanges we previously reported may have significant delays due to their current status on 2.1 that would require a lengthy replay or use of a snapshot have now both confirmed they will leverage the EOS Nation snapshot to avoid delays.

19/21 top 21 BPs are now upgraded to Leap 3.1, 5/5 of the top standby BPs are also upgraded. Status can be tracked here.
