After a TaretInvocationException Gordon crashes and becomes unusable #19

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to "Feeds"
  2. Click on the "pen" icon to edit any feed
  3. Without making any changes click the X to close the editor
  4. => TargetInvocationException
  5. Gordon becomes unusable, must be restarted.

The same thing happens if you

  1. Go to "Server List"
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. => TargetInvocationException
