Global Settings - Don't save new DB fields #51

Describe the bug On the Global Settings page, new "DB" fields are not saved.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Global Settings'
  2. Edit a "Container DB" field
  3. Press "Save" button
  4. Close Page
  5. Reopen page and fields isn't saved

Expected behavior The values are saved and proposed in the wizard
