Visual error creating a new container using the wizard without custom DB. The container will still be created

Describe the bug The script created from the wizard is incorrect if you don't set the Custom DB flag and haven't any DB password populated. The container will still be created

To Reproduce

1. Clear your DB password Global Setting
2. Go to the container wizard and create the scripts without setting the flag "Use Custom DB"

Expected behavior The wizard should create the script without the DB sections or should skip the entire lines
