Describe the bug

Improper alignment of attachment icon in the comment edit section.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any story
  2. Create a comment
  3. Click edit comment

Expected behavior

Attachment icon should be aligned with the save button.
