The current implementation just gives a score = 0 for this indicator based on the fact that EPOS is not providing information about the data model of the specific dataset.
A better implementation would be to rely on a configuration parameter used to point to the metadata element used for tracking this info. In the case of EPOS it does not exist so the parameter should be empty, and the code should check the emptiness of it.
