Added test r1_02m and change in evaluator.py #126

The test was only partially added, it requieres an analisis of the metatdata recieved but there is no example yet

The problem in evaluator.py was that it changed the metadata to a list so it gave problems when the metadata is used a second time since a list doesn`t have a .empty property
