Advance on badge issuing: issue an informative badge on successful pipeline executions (for milestone M3.4)

SQAaaS prototype 1.0 is capable of composing, executing and checking the status of pipelines. As a first test with the Badgr API, the aim of this enhancement is to be able to issue badges for those pipelines successfully executed.

The resultant badge shall contain the SQA criteria codes being validated.
