Create the "official" issuer profile in Badgr Europe #25

We need the following badgeclasses:

3 types of badges for software
6 types of badges for FAIR data (may need further discussion)

Eventually we will not use eosc-synergy.eu domain, but ibergrid.eu's. Already asked for the creation of sqaaas@ibergrid.eu mailing list

The official issuer profile has been kindly created by @dianamariand92 and its public profile page is available in: https://eu.badgr.com/public/issuers/E6GbC3nURIWGPHBhf7R9Pw/badges

Access credentials will be circulated to you through a side channel.

The classes for the classification by software and service are already created. In total there are 6 classes, three for services and three for software according to the Gold, Silver and Bronze classifications.
