Testing O3AS API deployment using k8s approach from v2.2.0

@micafer setting up a repository for IM and EC3 samples for being used by JePL: eosc-synergy/JePL-IM-test and eosc-synergy/JePL-EC3-test

In case of IM and EC3 tests we need to know the cloud site that will be used for the tests to set the correct url for the disk.0.image.url property: https://imdocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/radl.html#system-features

@samuelbernardolip do you think that is enough with the current quota available at INCD and IFCA to address also the IM and EC3 tests?
