Removal of rocksdb from nodeos. Note: we still have rocksdb used by rodeos. Also nodeos chain config still maintains backing_store and rocksdb related config for backward compatibility although those are not used anymore and backing_store is hardcoded to be always chainbase. EPE-1841
eosvmoc test fix. This is not related directly to rocksdb changes but started to reproduce with that fix. there_and_back_again test was comparing deleted memory to compare results and after this particular change it started to differ.
