Remove Cocapods dependencies and xcodeproj and xcworkspace.
Update target dependency to iOS 12 since we require some iOS 11.3+ items for biometrics. SPM only allows the specification of dependencies by full version, i.e. .iOS(.v11)1 or.iOS(.v12)so we cannot specify iOS 11.3 in the target dependencies. We could spread a lot of@availablity` annotations through the code but that does not seem worth while with iOS 14 on the horizon.
Move source and test files to proper locations for SPM.
