Deprecate eosjs-json

Deprecating eosjs-json will make it easier to maintain the eosjs and eosjs-api repositories.

Currently eosjs uses only the "schema" folder and eosjs-api uses only the "api" folder ..

• Put a deprecated notice in eosjs-json README.md with short version table
• Copy "bin" and "schema" to eosjs
• Copy "api" to eosjs-api

Developers needing these files for other libraries can instead obtain them from the github raw view link or request special release builds.
