Volatile links inside "core concepts" doc #10

  1. Do not link to markdown files on github.com, should always link to document when inter-linking between repos.
  2. Because this repo will be a child of the collection, that means you'll need to use http link. The link can be inferred, or to avoid docdebt, omit the links until they are available. See below

Inferring a link:

  1. Build the collection locally
  2. Find the target url, for example the RAM concepts, http://localhost:8080/manuals/eosio.contracts/v1.8/index/#ram
  3. Swap the host/port with production host: http://developers.eos.io/manuals/eosio.contracts/v1.8/index/#ram

In most situations it is advised to wait for the link to be available.
